Hi, I’m Razvan. I’ve been writing code since 1998, podcasting since 2011, and building things for the web, the cloud, and a few clever devices in between. I lead Burzcast — an award-winning, boutique software consultancy renowned for delivering bespoke solutions infused with AI, powered by the cloud, and refined through craftsmanship. We partner with visionary clients and tackle meaningful challenges, always with a long-term commitment to excellence.

In this engaging classroom session, 3rd graders explored the world of AI and deepfakes through hands-on storytelling, social media simulations, and live demos with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Together, we created a fictional influencer, analyzed digital images, and sparked essential conversations around media trust, critical thinking, and digital responsibility—equipping young minds for the challenges of tomorrow’s internet.
We’re trying to bring you in—not just as a colleague, but maybe even a work friend, someone we can rely on, collaborate with, and grow alongside. We want to know more about you—not because we like asking awkward questions every time we meet, but because we genuinely care about finding the right fit. Nobody likes being asked about their passion over and over again, and honestly, we shouldn’t have to if it shines through your work and presence. We want to see your passion, your personality, and how you align with the team and our shared vision. If we see that, we’ll open up to you, take responsibility for your success, and treat you with the respect and care you deserve. Together, we’ll share the vision, work toward common goals, and look out for one another. That’s the foundation of any great organization, and we want you to be part of it. But before we can do that… who are you, exactly?
Breaking free from the one-up culture liberates you to form more authentic connections, fostering an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. It’s time to triage your friends and acquaintances, setting boundaries with those who perpetuate this toxic behavior and surrounding yourself with genuinely supportive individuals who prioritize empathy and genuine connection over competition.
